By engaging Hedgedevelopers' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. A written contract may supplement these Terms, specifying the scope, timeline, and payment terms of the project.

Project Scope

The scope of work, project timeline, and deliverables will be detailed in a separate project contract or proposal, which both parties will agree upon and sign.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project contract. Hedgedevelopers may require an initial deposit before commencing work. All payment terms and methods will be clearly defined in the project contract.

Changes and Revisions

Any changes to the project scope, timeline, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional charges may apply for changes to the original scope of work.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in the project contract, the client owns all intellectual property created during the project. Hedgedevelopers retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Hedgedevelopers agrees not to disclose any confidential information shared by the client during the course of the project. This does not include information that is publicly available or becomes public through no fault of Hedgedevelopers.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches the contract or fails to fulfill its obligations. Payment for work completed up to the termination date will be required.

Warranty and Support

Hedgedevelopers provides a warranty period for its work, as specified in the project contract. During this period, Hedgedevelopers will address and fix any defects that arise due to errors on its part. Ongoing support and maintenance can be arranged separately if desired.

Limitation of Liability

Hedgedevelopers is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the project.

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Hedgedevelopers harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses that may arise from the use of the services provided.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the project contract will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and any associated project contract constitute the entire agreement between the parties, supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, and cannot be amended except in writing and signed by both parties.
